Melatonin is a natural hormone produced in the pineal gland at the base of the brain. It plays a key role in the regulation of sleep and is believed to be important in maintaining the body’s normal circadian rhythm. It is commonly taken to support sleep-related issues and jet lag.
Vitabase Melatonin 2 Stage Release is a unique melatonin product that is designed to deliver melatonin in a slow time-release manner. This delivery system allows it to be more effective than taking larger dosages of standard melatonin supplements, and results in more restful and peaceful sleep.
This formulation also includes B-3, B-6, and magnesium to increase the absorption and effectiveness of the melatonin.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet about 1 hour before bedtime with juice or water.
