Omega 3 Fatty Acids are so important in maintaining optimal and physical health! They protect the heart and circulatory system, support immune function, contribute to healthy brain development, support a healthy pregnancy, promotes good cholesterol levels, good mood and joint flexibility; and the list goes on and on!
Pregnant moms should consider Omega 3s as necessary to their own body as they go through such a demanding time on their physical and mental wellbeing; as well as for the baby they are carrying to support healthy brain development as well as other functions.
