Maitake D-fraction is made from a powerful extract of Maitake mushrooms (Grifola frondosa), shown to boost the immune system. This formula is enhanced with whole Maitake mushroom powder for additional health benefits.
Maitake mushrooms have been used for centuries in Asian medicine. Researchers have found that Maitake mushrooms can support immune functions, maintain healthy blood glucose levels and promote healthy blood pressure. The immune-boosting substance in Maitake is known as active proteoglucan (or D-fraction). Maitake D-Fraction is standardized to contain 30% of this active proteoglucan.
Maitake D-Fraction® capsules are safe and well-tolerated. On very rare occasions Maitake mushroom intake may cause minor stomach upset or soft bowels.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice a day between meals or as directed by your practitioner.
