Air-Power contains Guaifenesin (Glycerol Guaiacolate), the main active ingredient, which is known to be effective in removing mucus and phlegm and is able to support normal functioning of the respiratory system in the body. Guaifenesin is used extensively in the treatment of thickened mucosa which is characteristic of asthma. It delivers water to the bronchi which thins mucus and lubricates the airway. Mucus can then be removed by productive coughing. Water should be taken in adequate quantities for Guaifenesin to be more effective, and also to overcome dry mouth. The relief that is provided by Air-Power is long-lasting, and the recurrences of respiratory difficulties may be reduced.
Suggested Use: Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 1 to 2 tablets every 4 hours, not to exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 1/2 to 1 tablet every 4 hours, not to exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor.
