Echinacea-Goldenseal by Nature’s Way utilizes Echinacea, or purple coneflower, which has been shown to be effective in fighting skin, urinary and upper respiratory infections. It may also be able to fight cold and flu systems and boost the body’s immune system. Echinacea-Goldenseal combines Echinacea with Goldenseal, a North American plant that has long been used for its medicinal properties. Goldenseal is used to treat infection and inflammation of the mucus membranes in the upper respiratory tract.
Echinacea-Goldenseal also contains Burdock, a diuretic and blood purifying agent, Gentian and Cayenne Pepper, which is used as a pain reliever and to aid in circulatory health and indigestion. It also contains Wood Betony, which is commonly used as a headache and stress reliever.
Suggested Use: Take 3 capsules twice daily, preferably with food. For optimal results, take for 6-8 weeks followed by a two week break before restarting use.
