History and Usage:

Host Defense ® is a combination of 17 proprietary Activated Organic Mushrooms. This formula has been shown to increase human Natural Killer (NK) cell activity by 300%. Each of the individual Activated Organic Mushrooms has its own immune system support capability, but this combination increases the capability much more. Host Defense® is rich in Glycoproteins, Arabinoxylanes, Ergosterols, and Broad Spectrum 1,3 1,4 & 1,6 B-Glucans.

This formula comes in the form of vegetarian capsules, made of modified cellulose. Other than Activated Organic Mushrooms this product also contains organic myceliated brown rice. Nursing or pregnant women, or those considering pregnancy, should consult a health care practitioner prior to using this product. Suggested usage is two capsules daily as dietary supplement.
