Tyrosine is an important amino acid. Like other amino acids, tyrosine is utilized as a building block for proteins and is a precursor for neurotransmitters. It is needed to make epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine. Since these chemicals help regulate mood, a deficiency in tyrosine can impact the way you feel.
Research has shown that tyrosine functions as an adaptogen. Adaptogens help the body cope with stress and return it to a normal balance.
Each capsule contains 500 mg of L-tyrosine and 15 mg of vitamin B6, an important vitamin for metabolizing amino acids.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) to four (4) capsules daily, or as directed by a health care professional. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light.
