Suggested Use: Enjoy (1) cup of Jason Winters Tea before each meal and at bedtime.
Hot Tea - Add (2) teaspoons of Jason Winters Tea to (1) pint of boiling water and allow to steep for (15) minutes.
Sun Tea - Add (2) teaspoons of Jason Winters Tea for each pint of water and allow to brew to your taste.
