Clenzology Hand and Body Soap is a complete cleansing system that provides care for important areas of the body. Personal hygiene and cleanliness are important considerations when attempting to optimize health and prevent disease. Aside from mere washing with soap, one needs a complete system like Clenzology Advanced Hygiene to improve basic hygienic practices and to provide overall cleansing.
Clenzology Hand and Body Soap is perfect to clean the hands, cuticles, and fingernails. This can also be used for washing the face and the rest of the body to promote healthier and more radiant skin. The Facial Solutions included in the set provides cleansing for the eyes and nose. The mixture is easy to prepare and is easy and safe to use on a daily basis. Included in the pack is the Clenzology Tooth and Gum Solution and Ear Solution to complete your daily cleaning regimen.
Suggested Use: Step 1: Clenzology Hand & Body Soap: Starting with dry hands, firmly press your thumb and fingers into the soap several times using a "stabbing" motion, making sure the soap extends over your cuticles. Rub excess soap over your cuticles, fingertips and hands. Wet hands under running water, lather for at least 15 seconds, then rinse. Use daily in this manner each time you wash your hands, especially upon waking and before bed. To wash your face, simply use your soapy hands to apply the soap to your face and wash as you normally would. Washing with Clenzology Hand & Body Soap in the bath or shower is the ultimate in luxurious, healthy and natural skin cleansing. Rub the Clenzology natural sponge over the top of the soap, creating a rich lather. Then use the soapy sponge to cleanse your entire body.Step 2: Facial Solutions for your eyes: Add 2 half-eyedroppers* of Facial Solution AM or PM to a bowl of 2-4 quarts of very warm water (as warm as is comfortable). Facial Solutions may be prepared in a bowl or standard sink. If using a sink, you must begin by thoroughly cleaning and rinsing the sink with very warm or hot water. Add 1-3 tablespoons of table salt or sea salt (available at any grocery or drug store). Allow water to do the mixing; do not use fingers. The eyedroppers for Solutions AM and PM can only be filled halfway. Step 3: Facial Solutions for your nose: After you've completed Step 2, immerse your face in the Solution, and with your eyes closed, blow out through your nose making bubbles. Remove your face from the Solution, use a tissue to blow your nose, and dry your face with a clean towel.Step 4: Add 2-3 Tooth and Gum Solution drops to your toothbrush and brush teeth normally for at least one minute. Because the tongue can be a repository for germs and toxins, it is important to brush your tongue for 10-15 seconds, especially first thing in the morning. Step 5: Clenzology Ear Solution: Place 3 drops of Ear Solution in ear while lying down or tilting your head to the side. Hold drops in ear for 1 minute. Use 2-3 times per week during your evening Clenzology session.
