Balancing Daily Defense Lotion also contains sunscreen, providing SPF 15 protection, which shields the skin from the destructive effects of UVA and UVB rays. It contains extracts of microscopic plankton to help renew the skin and fight the appearance of lines and damage. It also contains farnesol and farnesyl acetate, two substances your skin uses to supplement its natural production of oil. It contains a specially formulated complex that optimally hydrates and balances the skin. Vitamins and botanical extracts provide antioxidant support and help the skin defend itself from the drying effects of the environment.
