History and Usage:

GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) by Enzymatic Therapy is a naturally occurring amino acid that has been shown to offer numerous benefits in many different parts of the body. High levels of GABA have been found in the eyes and in the brain. When the amount of GABA in the body is low, depression, insomnia and anxiety may result.

Having adequate amounts of GABA in the body have been shown to promote a feeling of relaxation and induce a better quality of sleep.
