Enzymatic Therapy

  • Promotes conversion of fat into energy.
  • Aids in the prevention of fat buildup in some individuals by helping the body dissolve cholesterol and fatty acids more efficiently.

Cholestoril helps to breakdown fat and cholesterol in the body by making use of a substance called pantethine. Pantethine aids in the transferring of fatty acids to the cellular membrane. Pantethine comes from pantothenic acid, which is a substance found in plants.

According to scientific research, pantethine works better than pantothenic acid in converting fat to energy because it carries the enzyme CoA (also known as coenzyme A and acyl). This enzyme is needed to break down cholesterol and fat and to turn fat into energy. Moreover, pantethine can effectively decrease one’s LDL (bad) cholesterol level and triglyceride level and raise one’s (good) HDL cholesterol level.

Suggested Use: One tablet three times daily with meals.

Notes: Pantethine is the biologically active form of pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) and exerts benefits well beyond pantothenic acid. Pantethine is utilized by key enzymes involved in the transport and breakdown triglycerides (fatty acids) and cholesterol.† If pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription drugs, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
