Choline-Inositol is a combination of two nutrients designed to optimize the metabolism of the liver and improve levels of cholesterol. Both choline and inositol act as signaling molecules within cells. They both serve as lipotropics, playing a part in moving lipids, or fats, from the liver. Choline, part of the B vitamin complex, does this by synthesizing lecithin, a chemical that helps to transform fats in the liver into proteins usable by the rest of the body. Inositol also occurs in lecithin and acts in a way supportive of choline. Insufficient amounts of either can cause fats to remain unprocessed in the body, which leads to high levels of bad cholesterol. Choline-Inositol also supports the health of cells and makes nerve function more efficient.
Suggested Use: Take two capsules daily, preferably with food.
