Blue Heron is a proprietary bulk dietary fiber formula contained in a convenient capsule and made up of psyllium, demulcents, absorbents and probiotics, with additional Ayurvedic herbs to aid in intestinal health.
Psyllium and bran are well-known forms of bulk fiber used as intestinal regulators. Flax seed has most of the same properties and has high amounts of soluble fiber. Blue Heron also contains prunes, a long-time favorite in the treatment of constipation, as well as more exotic fruits with beneficial gastrointestinal-treating qualities.
This formulation also contains a proprietary probiotic blend of beneficial intestinal bacteria in the Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium, and Streptococcus families. The marshmallow plant is included in the formulation for its soothing effects on the intestinal tract, while papain, a digestive enzyme, is included for its overall benefits to the digestive tract.
Suggested Use: Take 3 to 6 UltraCaps™ twice daily with 8 ounces of water.
