History and Usage:

Phytofuge is formulated to promote good intestinal health. Comprised of choice botanicals, it includes black walnut hulls, Jamaican quassia and wormwood, mixed with a proprietary herbal blend of garlic, thyme, clove and other plants. These herbs have a synergistic effect in detoxifying the products of digestion left behind in the intestine. Cascara sagrada and bismuth work in concert with the herbs and other ingredients to help in the elimination of the detoxified products. Calcium is included in Phytofuge because of its beneficial effect on muscle tone in the intestinal wall. Grapefruit’s presence adds natural pectin to help soothe the digestive tract.
