History and Usage:

Green Tea contains high levels of various polyphenols. Research has shown that out of the four main polyphenols present in Green Tea, Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) is the most powerful one. Studies have shown that green tea has the ability to reduce cholesterol levels and improve the cardiovascular system.

The polyphenol content of Natrol® Green Tea is 50%, having a total of 25% catechins.
