Rhodiolaforce 100™ is a formula made from Rhodiola Rosea or Golden Root. Rhodiola Rosea is one of a class of plant supplements known as adaptogens. Adaptogens prepare the body in advance for the onslaught of stress and also help the body handle it more effectively when stress is present and return the body to a normalized state once the stressor is removed. This supplement is known for its capacity to enhance concentration and endurance, uplift the mental state, and support optimal immune, adrenal, and cardiovascular function under conditions of severe stress.
Suggested usage is one 100-milligram capsule 30 minutes before breakfast. If after 3 days of this no change is noticed, a second capsule should be taken 30 minutes before lunch.
