Choline Cocktail Powder by Twinlab is considered to be an effective energy booster and is a synergistic combination of vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, 2-dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), Choline, Extract of Ginkgo Biloba, Coenzyme Q10, Thiamin, L-Carnitine, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Niacin, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Guarana Extract and Chromium.
Gingko Biloba extract has been shown to dilate blood vessels, thus increasing blood flow, particularly blood flow to the brain. Guarana extract has traditionally been used in times of much needed endurance. Many B-vitamins are required for energy production.
Much of the body’s storage of coenzyme Q-10 is found in cells’ mitochondria. Mitochondria are necessary constituents of cells that turn carbohydrates into energy. One of the primary functions of coenzyme Q10 is to transport electrons required in the production of energy.
