Molecularly distilled, the formulation provides vitamins A and D found naturally in cod liver oil. These capsules contain only naturally occurring vitamins A and D. Cod liver oil also provides an excellent amount of omega-3 fatty acids, associated with cardiovascular health and anti-inflammatory properties. Oleic acid, an omega-9, is another dietary monosaturated essential fatty acid.
