There is no comparison between Nutiva's cold–pressed, Organic extra–virgin coconut oil, with its light taste, pleasant aroma, and pure white color, and industrialized coconut oil, with its bland taste, faint aroma, and off–white color. Please note that any tiny brown specks found at the bottom of Nutiva's Coconut oil are from the coconut fiber and are indigenous to extra–virgin coconut oil.
Suggested Use: Chop up a variety of vegetables: carrots, beets, onions, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, turnips, kale, chard, etc. Place these in a metal or bamboo steamer and add some dried herbs. Steam the vegetables till they're done and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with seal salt and add a few tablespoons of Nutiva Coconut Oil and Nutiva Hempseed (delicious and rich in protein and Omega-3). Serve and enjoy!
