History and Usage:

Helichrysum Pure Essential Oil is a steam-distilled oil from the wildcrafted Helichrysum italicum cultivated in Yugoslavia or Corsica.

This pungent oil contains anti-inflammatory, fungicidal and astringent compounds. It is frequently used to soothe burns and chapped skin. Helichrysum is widely used to help stretch marks, acne scars, surgical scars, whether old or new.

It is thought to be very effective for joint pain that results from Rheumatoid arthritis. Helichrysum has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Aromatherapists believe the oil of Helichrysum has the power to open the heart, unify the body and spirit and foster spirituality.
