History and Usage:

Lemon BIO Pure Essential Oil is a pure cold-pressed oil from organic Citrus limon fruit. It has all the clean, bright, refreshing scent for which lemon is famous. Some research suggests that the aroma of lemon oil may help enhance mood and promote relaxation. It is thought to help dispel mental fatigue and depression and foster an increase in concentration and awareness. It also helps improve the scent of other, more medicinal-smelling oils. Lemon essential oil also helps tone and soothe the skin, particularly oily skin.
