Jarrow Formulas® Co-Q10 is derived from fermentation and consists only of the natural trans configuration, the same as is synthesized by humans. Jarrow Formulas® supports clinical research on Coenzyme Q10. Particle formation inside capsule is normal and dissolves after ingestion.
Suggested Use: Take 2 softgels per day, preferably with meals, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
