History and Usage:

Spectra 405-R is a blend of botanicals working in synergy to help promote healthy joints. Turmeric, a well-known spice, also has anti-inflammatory properties that soothe sore, aching joints. Licorice and stinging nettle, two herbal remedies used for centuries for their ability to strengthen internal organs, have a beneficial effect on the liver and bladder respectively. Their action helps the body rid itself of the toxins and waste products of metabolism. White willow is a natural source of acetylsalicylic acid, the main pain-killing component of aspirin. These ingredients act in concert with other constituents to reduce inflammation and support the body’s own restorative abilities. Bromelain, a phytoenzyme, aids the body’s digestion and enables the other herbs to work together better.
