Chamomile has a calming effect on smooth muscle tissue and has been used traditionally as a remedy for nervous stomach, menstrual cramps, stress, insomnia, skin irritations, hemorrhoids, toothaches, indigestion, anxiety, fever, headache, pain, water-retention, colitis, and diverticulitis.
Suggested Use: Shake well before using.
Two to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.
