History and Usage: Digesta-Lac® is step three in Natren®’s easy-to-use three-step system for optimal internal wellness. Digesta-Lac® contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB-51 super strain, 2 billion cfu per 1/2 teaspoon. Lactobacillus bulgaricus LB-51 super strain is the natural microorganism found in selected Bulgarian style yogurt that helps the body digest food more efficiently. Nutritionally helps to deter yeast overgrowth (candida) from the large intestine up into the small intestine. Helps to stimulate regularity.
