Our green tea is naturally decaffeinated to maintain green tea'santioxidants. Both ginkgo and green tea are valued for their strong antioxidant properties. Research indicates ginkgo helps maintain healthy circulation and oxygen supply to the brain and extremities, and helps maintain normal mental alertness, concentration and memory. Ginkgo, Asian and American Panax ginsengs, Siberian ginseng, astragalus,poria mushroom, fo ti and eucommia are traditional Chinese longevityherbs, believed to tonify the kidney essence. They were used to help support the healthy function of the immune system, as well as to help build the body's resistance to physical and mental stress. Enjoy this beneficial green tea hot or iced. Count this towards the experts'recommendation of three or more cups of green tea a day.
Suggested Use: HOT TEA: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag. Let steep 5 minutes, or longer, to taste. Remove the tea bag, squeeze gently into the cup.
ICED TEA: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tea bags. Let steep 5 minutes, or longer, to taste. Remove the tea bags, squeeze gently into the cup, then add ice.
For stronger flavor and effect, steep longer. A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits. For a delicious change, try it with lemon and honey, or your favorite sweetener.
