History and Usage: Arnica montana helps with trauma and bruises from minor injuries, overexertion, falls, and blows. It also alleviates stiffness and muscle soreness. It reduces pain, swelling, and discoloration from bruises.

Label Information and Ingredients: Suggested Use: For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and with open wounds. Do not use if tube seal is broken. Stop using this product and consult a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children. In case of ingestion, seek professional assitance or contact a poison control center immediately.

Supplemental Facts Notes: Gently apply a thin layer of Arnica Ointment to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury, and repeat 3 times a day. Other Ingredients: Active: Arnica montana 1X 4%. Inactive: White petrolatum USP.
