Fermented Soy Essence™ (Non-GMO) employs organic soy milk fermented using the most effective of the probiotic bacteria, including L. acidophilus, L. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. plantarum and S. thermophilus.

Fermented Soy Essence™ promotes optimal immune function and intestinal health. It does this through the fermentation of the cell membrane contents and metabolites of the beneficial bacteria. When soy is fermented, it improves the absorption and digestion of soy protein. Isoflavone bioavailability is also enhanced because of the beneficial bacteria's ability to transform the isoflavones to more absorbable forms. Since the soy in Fermented Soy Essence™ is predigested, it makes it a superior form of soy protein.

Calcium is added during the fermentation process, causing it to be converted to the more soluble and absorbable lactate form (calcium lactate). Each serving of Fermented Soy Essence™ offers 325 mg of soluble Calcium along with 160 mg Magnesium. This mineral combination enhances bone preservation and maintenance.

Folic acid and Selenium support healthy cell replication. Bromelain and Papain assist protein digestion.

Suggested Use: Mix 2 rounded tablespoons (28.5 g) of powder with 6-8 oz. fruit juice, milk, or your favorite beverage, or you may: Blend powder with liquid, ice and fruits for smoothies. Mix into cold or cooked cereals. Add to soups, sauces, casseroles, meatballs, patties, baked items (bread, muffins, etc.) or frozen desserts.
