History and Usage:

Muscle Optimeal® is the perfect meal supplement for people who desire to increase their intake of proteins, vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. Whey Protein – Each serving of Muscle Optimeal® has 44 grams of quality protein, providing more than 5 grams of Branched Chain Amino Acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine).

Label Information and Ingredients: Suggested Use: Take one serving within 30 minutes following completion of exercise (best absorption of nutrients occurs after exercise).
