Optimum Nutrition

  • Delivers all eight essential amino acids.
  • Low in calories and carbohydrates.
  • Prepared in seconds.

100% Egg Protein delivers all of the eight essential amino acids your body cannot make on its own, plus very high levels of total amino acids. In fact, single servings of 100% Egg Protein gives you the protein equivalent of seven egg whites. Yet it takes just seconds to prepare and contains just 100 calories, 2 to 3 grams total carbohydrates and no sugar. Using sophisticated processing techniques the cholesterol-laden egg yolks are separated out of whole eggs to produce a product that is nearly all protein. It can be used to add a high-protein boost to water or your favorite beverage and it also mixes well with oatmeal, muffins, pancake mixes, puddings and other recipes.

Suggested Use: Blender - Add one scoop of ON's 100% Egg Protein to a blender filled with 6 to 8 fl oz of cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Cover and blend for 20 to 30 seconds. Add 1 to 2 ice cubes then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve. For a delicious Smoothie, try adding banana, peanut butter, flaxseed oil, and/or other ingredients (along with the ice cubes) to your blended egg protein shake. Shaker - Fill a shaker bottle with 6 to 8 fl oz of ice-cold water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Add one scoop of ON's 100% Egg Protein. Cover and shake for 25 to 30 seconds. Enjoy. Mix with a spoon for about 20 seconds or until powder is well disbursed. Mixes with oatmeal, muffins, pancake mixes, puddings and other recipes. Store in a cool, dry place.
