Arnica Montana is a homeopathic remedy indicated for muscular soreness due to overexertion, and facilitates the healing of swelling, bruising, shock, sprains, soreness, injury, and post surgery.
Suggested Use: Sublingual medication. Place tablets under tongue when mouth is in natural condition, 15 minutes before or half hour after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Adults: 3 tablets 3 times a day. Children 2 to 12 years of age: Half adult dose. Children under 2: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature out of direct sunlight.
