Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata) is a tonic herb with expectorant, and both stimulating and relaxing properties useful to tone the nervous system, relieve cramps, anxiety, nervous exhaustion, coughs, earaches, headache, diarrhea, dysentery, insomnia, fevers, colds, tension, depression seizures, insomnia, intestinal worms, congestion in the throat and chest, and to strengthen the body to heal liver and spleen diseases.
Suggested Use: Shake well before using.
Two or three times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water
