Elcampane (Inula helenium) has expectorant, antibacterial, and anti-microbial properties and may be beneficial for bronchitis, emphysema, asthma, bronchial asthma, quieting coughing, stimulating digestion, toning the stomach, urinary and respiratory tract inflammation, menstrual disorders, chronic diarrhea, and to expel worms.
Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using
Two to four times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.
