Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgare) is a carminative (gas preventing and expelling) herb that may be used for colic, gas, indigestion, intestinal disorders, assimilation, nausea, flatulence, morning sickness, sedation, gout, weight loss, and for boosting lactation.
Suggested Use: Shake well before using.
Two to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.
