Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) has immune enhancing, laxative, and diuretic properties.
Suggested Use: Use full strength and mix 8 oz. of concentrate to 56 oz. water or juice to make a healthy delicious drink. 8 oz. of concentrate plus 56 oz. water makes 1/2 gallon. 16 oz. of concentrate plus 112 oz. water makes 1 gallon. Approx. 8.5 pounds of fresh whole fruit is pressed and concentrated to get one pint of Natural Fruit Concentrate. Refrigerate after opening.
