Green tea is an effective anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory agent it may also have many benefits for the skin. Green tea is produced from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis, or tea plant. Oolong and black tea are also produced from the plant, but are processed and oxidized in different manners.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement take 1-2 mL (approx. 28-56 drops) 3 times a day in a small amount of water.
