Catnip (Nepeta Cataria) may be helpful for gas pains, promotes therapeutic perspiration during fevers, calm the central nervous system, relieves colds and flu, indigestion, dyspepsia, nervousness, restlessness, sleeplessness, nervous headache, persistent crying and menstrual maladies.
Suggested Use: Formulated for children ages 4 and up. May be taken directly or mixed in water or juice 2-3 times a day. Frequency may be doubled for 2-3 days. For short term use, up to 10 days.
Suggested use by child''s weight:
30-60 lbs.: 1/4-1/2 tsp,
60-90 lbs.: 1/2-1 tsp,
90-120 lbs.: 1-2 tsp.
