History and Usage: Multi Fiber is a non swelling or gelling formula that sweeps, tones and cleanses the colon, includes Slippery Elm to smooth the intestinal tract and absorb toxins from the bowel- plus Marshmallow root to remove mucus and soothe the intestinal tract. Label Information and Ingredients: Suggested Use: Start with 1 tablet of this product in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, increasing intake by 1 tablet every other day until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets twice per day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
