Icelandic Kelp is derived from the Laminar species of seaweed, a type of brown algae. As a sea vegetable, kelp contains high levels of vital minerals including iodine, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron. The iodine in kelp is required for the health of the thyroid gland, which in turn regulates the metabolic processes of many organs throughout the body. Icelandic Kelp contains more than 60 minerals like calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulfur, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, manganese, selenium, etc., minerals involved in every process from building strong bones to maintaining normal muscle tone and nerve function. It also contains 17 amino acids as well as vitamins A, E, D K and members of the B complex.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take one tablet per day, with food. Due to natural ingredients, product color may vary. Kelp is a good source of the essential mineral iodine which is important in maintaining healthy thyroid function.
