Ascorbic Acid is a form of Vitamin C, a water-soluble vitamin with antioxidant action useful for infections, bruising, colds & flu, sinusitis, sore throats, blood clots, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure, physical and mental stress, immune function, cholesterol levels, liver toxicity, teeth and gums, iron absorption, and collagen formation.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon or more in 4 to 8 ounces of desired liquid, with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
