History and Usage:

B-100 by Twinlab is a powerful synergistic combination of the B-vitamin complex. One hard gelatin capsule offers Thiamine, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine, Cobalamin Concentrate, Niacinamide, Biotin, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Inositol, PABA and Choline Bitartrate. These capsules are easy to swallow and absorb.

Vitamins B1, B2, B3 and biotin are used by the body in the production of energy, while vitamin B6 is required for normal metabolic processes. Folic acid and Vitamin B12 execute minor roles in cell division.
