History and Usage:

Glycemic Balance® is a high energy and a low glycemic nutritious meal supplement. Glycemic Balance® supports appetite management and healthy weight achievement through reducing glycemic fluctuations. Glycemic Balance® utilizes the blood-sugar-balancing and weight-management power of fenugreek and glucomannan.

Glycemic Balance® features great-tasting soy protein, which supports the normal function of the cardiovascular system, helps prevent cancer, and aid bone health. It also contains hypoallergenic rice protein that is easier to digest than many other grain products.

Glycemic Balance® also contains Rice Bran Solubles. These solubles are packed with antioxidants and B vitamins, and are an excellent source of gamma oryzanol, vitamin E and tocopherols.

Glutamine, an essential amino acid, is also added to aid the body under times of physical stress e.g., exercise or challenged immune function. Glutamine assists in restoring glycogen levels, boosting immune function, reducing fatigue, and preserving muscle mass.

Glucomannan (FiberTrim™), Fenugreek (FenuLife®), flax seeds and Inulin (Raftilose®Synergy 1) are also added to Glycemic Balance® in order to boost friendly bacteria growth, support blood sugar balance, and normalize bowel function.

Label Information and Ingredients: Suggested Use: Add 2 scoops of powder to 8 oz of cold water, low-fat milk, soy milk or rice milk. Mix, shake, or blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Add flax oil, nuts and seeds for additional benefit. For sugar restricted diets or weight management diets, add fruit or juice to enhance the taste. This product contains naturally occurring phytoestrogens. Do not take more than 3 servings per day. Do not give more than one serving per day to children between 8 and 12 years old. Do not give to children under 8 years old.
