History and Usage:

Rich in fermented soy, Every Woman's One Daily provides a valuable addition to a healthy diet. Among other ingredients, Every Woman's One Daily contains extracts from Chaste tree berry and Maca root. The berry of the chaste tree contains flavonoids, iridoid glycosides, and terpenoids, which benefit the pituitary gland and the production of luteinizing hormone (LH), which helps regulate a woman’s menstrual cycle. Maca has the reputation for enhancing strength, libido, and fertility. Both these products also improve emotional balance. This formula also contains probiotic minerals that easily digestible. The vitamins and minerals contained in this formula are cultured in organic soy to produce the highest quality forms.

The recommended dosage is one tablet daily. This can be taken at anytime, with or without food.
