History and Usage: Prenatal 2 is a medium-potency daily multiple in small, easy-to-swallow capsules. This formula features iron feronyl, as well as highly-absorbable forms of pyridoxine, riboflavin and chromium. Prenatal 2 also supplies bioflavonoids and some probiotic support. This multi is ideal for women who require a moderate amount of high-quality supplementation or who prefers a smaller capsule. Combine with a good source of calcium, either in the diet or in supplement form.

Recommendations: Take 1-3 capsules daily with meals.
