History and Usage: Spectra 305-P was developed to help sooth common discomforts associated with premenstrual syndrome. It replaces the cramp bark and fatty acid sources in the basic 305 formula with chaste tree berry, selected glandulars, and twice as much vitamin B6.

Recommendations: Take 1 tablet, 1-2 times daily.
