Vitabase PMS formula is designed to promote nutritional support for a broad spectrum of PMS symptoms. The vitamins and minerals support general health ensuring proper levels sometimes depleted during monthly menses. Vitamin B6 acts as a mild diuretic reducing symptoms like bloating, while vitamin E is thought to help counteract breast tenderness.
