| Numerous Benefits for Both Men and Women
- Has been traditionally used to increase sexual desire.
- Has been used for centuries by indigenous Peruvians as a food source and a mean for increasing stamina and energy.

Maca has been cultivated in the Andes Mountains for several centuries. The plant grows at very high altitudes (between 11,000 and 14,000 feet), which scientists believe are critical to the plant’s unique nutrient content. Traditionally, maca has been used for enhancing fertility in people and animals as well as for libido, energy, and other medicinal purposes. An April 2000 issue of Urology published a study showing maca’s ability to enhance sexual performance. It was consistent with reports coming from Peru for many years. Studies have shown that maca can have a positive effect on the libido, making it a natural alternative to popular drugs on the market. Further studies are necessary before specific health benefits can be determined.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule, 1 to 2 times daily with meals, or as directed by a health care professional.
